Small Group Sessions 2-3 people at RISE Athlete

Individualized programs are great, but other times it can be extra fun and motivating to train with someone else alongside you! Small group sessions allow you to still get coaching tailored to what you are looking to improve upon, while being surrounded by the company of training partners. Group sessions are great for teammates, couples, friends, and colleagues. Spend time with a family or friend while you work towards your goals together.

Youth Personal Training Session at RISE Athlete (16 & Under)

60 minute session for youth looking for supplemental strength and conditioning for their sport, to increase daily physical activity, or develop healthy movement patterns in a safe and supportive environment focused on long term development.
