MOM STRONG
A group class designed for pregnant and postpartum women. Classes focus on foundational breathing, core strengthening, and pelvic floor recovery. We use foundational functional movements to develop strength, stamina, cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and mobility.
Babies and play areas welcome. These classes are intended to provide you with a safe workout and minimize barriers of getting into the gym as a mom.
I started this class offering as a way to build a sense of community for pregnant and postpartum women who value health and fitness. I noticed a lack of offerings in the area that offered educated coaching taking into account the changes a women goes through during pregnancy. To better serve my current clients and expand my knowledge, I took a pregnancy and postpartum coaching certification, and later launched Mom Strong classes.
Monday thru Thursday from 10:00-11:00am
