I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in sports performance. I started coaching youth and adult group functional fitness classes in 2017. I have earned my CrossFit Level 2, Precision Nutrition L1, CrossFit Kids and Burgener Strength Weightlifting L1 certifications. I am also a Registered Kinesiologist in Alberta.

I was introduced to CrossFit in 2015 and quickly fell in love with training, the methodology, and aspired to train with goals of competing in the sport. I continue to enjoy training to compete and discovering what I am capable of as I pursue my potential. I found CrossFit at a pivotal point in my life; playing a major role in shaping my mindset, goals, values, career path, and person I am today.

Growing up I was involved in multiple sports. My primary sport for 10 years was competitive all-star cheerleading. I have competed at the World Championships as an athlete and taken multiple teams to National and International competitions as a coach. I have experience working with beginner to advanced athletes from ages 3-17 years old. Cheerleading provided me with a solid foundation for the gymnastics movements in CrossFit as an athlete and especially as a coach.

I enjoy working with individuals in group and one-on-one settings. I look forward to working with a wide variety of individuals whether they are new to the gym space wanting to develop their fitness, improve their performance, or learn a new skill. My favorite part about coaching is helping the people I work with pursue a healthier, happier and fulfilling life.
